To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@swisstools.store to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (ORDER) number.
  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  3. Include the ORDER number on the package and ship it to:

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@swisstools.store. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return and offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
