Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
Items marked as “Final Sale” or custom-made tools are non-returnable unless defective.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at support@swisstools.store to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (ORDER) number.
Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
Include the ORDER number on the package and ship it to:
SWISSTOOLS Returns, No 5, Chief Tom Agbuji Street (Cherubim Road), Mile 3, Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

Upon approval of your return:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or shipped in error.
Return shipping costs and provider fees are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@swisstools.store. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return and offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Custom-made or personalized tools.
Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
Used or damaged items not reported as defective within 3 days of delivery.
