If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy to make the process as smooth as possible. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or custom-made tools are non-returnable unless defective.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@swisstools.store to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (ORDER) number.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Include the ORDER number on the package and ship it to:

Refunds
Upon approval of your return:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or shipped in error.
- Return shipping costs and provider fees are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@swisstools.store. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return and offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized tools.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
- Used or damaged items not reported as defective within 3 days of delivery.
